Sessions generally take place once weekly and are 45 minutes.
In the first session, I will gather information by asking several very specific questions. At that time, if you feel we are a good fit, we will complete some brief paperwork and schedule a second appointment.
In the second and following sessions we will work together to formulate goals that you feel are important and begin working towards these goals.
Therapy will continue until you decide it is no longer needed.
Therapy is directed by YOU. Through encouragement and support within the therapeutic relationship, you will decide what is important and how quickly you progress towards goals.
